About Sydney

Sydney is a nutrition coach and personal trainer who is passionate about helping women learn how to fuel their bodies and reach their health goals with confidence! She has a Bachelor's of Science in Dietetics from Brigham Young University and a NASM personal training certification. Sydney has coached hundreds of women on how to eat in a way that builds strength and supports a healthy metabolism. She specializes in nutrition for postpartum women and women who are transitioning through menopause. She is a mom of one toddler (a girl!) and is expecting her second child in the Spring.
